How do the splits work?
You pay just $99 per month and for that you get a 94.5% residential commission split. (we keep 5.5% plus a $295 fee). On non-residential deals: commercial (yes you can do commercial here), leases, referrals or land sales, you get a 90% split. (we keep 10% and no more).
There is NO franchise fees, the split is the split!
How does or E&O work?
Our E&O insurance runs from August to August each year. The "base" E&O is $400 when you join but that amount is pro-rated. (it get's less as you get closer to the next upcoming August). Times are hard - so we let you pay the rest of the E&O premium out of your next 3 deals. A $415 amount is taken from your first 3 deals and at that point you've paid off the E&O which costs $1,645 per year.
If you don't make all three sales that's ok, we only collect when you make a sale.
What do you get?
In addition to this market leading split you also get full use of our fully loaded, fully staffed, full service offices. We have computer stations w/flat screens and printers, WiFi for your laptops and/or smart phones, we have a company attorney at your disposal, each office has a full time office administrator to help you with your needs and Susan Park is our main office manager who's 30 years of experience will get you through most any problem you can think of.
