Damian Montano

 Born in Texas and raised in New Mexico, Damian graduated cum laude from Rice University and received his Masters degree from the University of Southern California. He has been a real estate investor and property manager for six years, and has smoothly transitioned into the field of real estate sales. He is a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Property Management Specialist. Additionally, Damian is a classically trained bassoonist and composer, and performs throughout Southern California with groups such as the LA Chamber Orchestra and LA Philharmonic.

Devan Banks

Near the end of his 15 year-long run in Human Resources management in the luxury hospitality field (including positions with hotels in several international capitals spread over 3 continents with companies like Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton), Devan finally landed in Los Angeles and decided he was finished with moving.  So about 6 years ago, while planning for a pending career transition out of hotels, he decided to turn his weekend interest in real estate into a full time profession.  Originally from the southeast, Devan completed his undergraduate work in upstate South Carolina and went on to finish his Masters of International Business from USC (that would be the "other" USC in South Carolina!)

Together, Damian and Devan form the Montano/Banks & Associates real estate team (or "MBA Team, for short), now with White House Properties.  They specialize in residential real estate sales in the areas surrounding the Hollywood Hills, from Beverly Hills to Los Feliz.
