What's up with DocuSign?

By now most Realtors have either used DocuSign or have at least heard about it.  But what is this service?

In short it's a service that allows users to have documents "signed" by using the Internet instead of pen and paper.  For example:  Let's say you write up an offer, you could e-mail the PDF file over to the buyer.  The buyer opens up their e-mail and clicks the PDF where it tells them to.  These clicks equal the initials and signatures you might be more familiar with.  Once they're done they click a button and BOOM, the file comes back to you all legally signed. No more running around for a signature, no more faxing, no more printing.  You could take that signed PDF and send  it over to the listing agent for acceptance.

The software is legally binding, N.A.R. approved, easy to use, endorsed by most major nationwide real estate firms and saves everyone time and money.
  • Works on I-Phones, I-Pads, Blackberrys, Google Android and both PC's and MAC's.
  • Anyone can receive a DocuSign and complete it for free.
  • DocuSign is designed to use with Zipforms easily!
If you go to docusign.com/nar you can sign up for $19.99 per month and this allows you "all you can sign" in terms of use.  Go nuts, write offers, write listing agreements, make money!
