Here's a story that will blow you away! Without giving away the agents name, or what firm they were affiliated with, we'll show you the power of the White House Properties commission structure:
A new agent joined us a few months back from one of the franchised real estate offices here in the Valley. This agents split was 70% with a 6% franchise fee taken off the top. Well, luckily for them they happened to "double pop" a listing they had for a total of $8,500,000. The approximate commission from their office totaled $167,000.
That type of commission is great, yes, but what if they had been with White House Properties at the time?
If they had been with us, their commission would have been around $240,000.
That's right...about $73,000 more! Ouch. But at least they're with us now and their next big deal will be MUCH more advantageous for them.
