Karl MagenDavid: He recently graduated from The University of Arizona, with a degree in Business and Government and Public Policy.
Through his education and experience, he developed a strong work ethic and tremendous leadership capability; He is using those skills to develop his real estate career and gain his clients’ trust. Throughout high school and college, he worked as a junior loan officer in the booming mortgage business and was an account executive, selling advertisement space for his college newspaper; The Arizona Daily Wildcat.
Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing the saxophone, staying connected and updated with today’s social media platforms, extreme sports such as snowboarding, skateboarding, motocross, indoor rock climbing as well as sky diving. Last, but definitely not least, he has an undying commitment to support his favorite sports teams, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Arizona Wildcats.

Michael Neustadt: Having grown up in Westlake Village, he is very passionate about the city he calls home as well as the surrounding communities. He recently graduated from UC San Diego where he majored in Business and Communications. Prior to pursuing his career in real estate he worked in the entertainment industry at United Talent Agency and United Entertainment Group in Beverly Hills. His connections in the entertainment industry as well as his sphere of local contacts has enabled him to build his career.
As an avid golfer, he was the captain of the Agoura High School golf team as well as a collegiate player at UC San Diego. Golf has always been more than a game to him and has taught him many lessons that he applies to his professional career. Karl and Michael believe to be respected at the highest level requires not only hard work and dedication, but also patience and confidence to achieve success. Karl and Michael have applied these life skills in real estate and have had a tremendous track record with their past clients!
